FOR SELLING - BUYING CONTRACTS:

SELLERS Commission Fee :
2 % of the transaction price

BAYERS Commission Fee:
1 % of the transaction price.


FOR LEASE CONTRACTS:

TENANT Commission Fee:
30 % of first month's rent.

LESSOR Commission Fee:
50 %of first month's rent, for up to 6 months contract.
70 %of first month's rent, per 7 - 12 months contract.
90 %of first month's rent, per over 13 months contract.
